Dr. Chen has years of experience integrating industrial design with hardware and software interaction design, encompassing IoT and cloud data. With over a decade of expertise in user research, user experience design, and interface design, she has immersed herself in the evolution from big data and open data to data-driven design. Her focus has shifted to interactive data visualization design research and human perception and experience. In early 2023, she joined the generative AI community and began exploring how generative AI can aid in design education and optimize the design process. Her interdisciplinary research spans various domains within behavioral science, considering the four key elements of Object, Process, Experience, and Narrative in a design context while actively implementing the SDGs.
